Contribution Terms of Service

The Anthracite Coal Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania is a project to gather and reflect upon the history, culture, and media representations of the greater anthracite region. I understand that the purpose of this project is to display digital reproductions of items on the Anthracite Coal Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania’s website for use by researchers. The publication of any of these images will have a credit line naming the Anthracite Coal Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania as the source of the photograph.

The items contributed under my user account are hereby offered free and clear with no restrictions, to the Anthracite Coal Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania for the purpose of public access through the Anthracite Coal Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania website. Said items can be reproduced by the Anthracite Coal Region of Northeastern Pennsylvania for future researchers.
