This palm bark bow is covered in a protective casing of brown corn husks. Underneath this casing the bow is wrapped with pink, black, and white string and razor grass.

Notes on accession card:
"covered with corn husks
which will remain in place til bow has been used in fertility rites at which time wrapping is removed. After rites bow is used out of covering until decoration frays, at which time it is removed and bow is used. same as item 177"
