Army cooks set up a field kitchen in order to provide food for the men assigned to trolley and bus patrol at 6700 Germantown Avenue car barn. Mess Sergeant Roosevelt Messer is accompanied by Privates First Class Harold Reeves, Herman Franklyn, Lawrence Sierchio, and Technicians William Furr and Raymond Orris.
